| What is your opinion of the Online Tutor's performance of their duties? | Gail was timely and clear in her guidance to me and with her expectations in any deliverable. All my questions were answered and I never worried because of not knowing. My reassurance was knowing that if I had any concerns, Gail would be able to provide me with an answer. Overall I would say that Gail performed her duties very well. |
| Did the Online Tutor enhance the learning experience for you? | Gail helped me with any concerns I had regarding the direction of my project. Also, the use of a Form to submit for the Project allowed Gail to comment before I got too deep into my assignment. |

I'm submitting my Final Project for Business Process Modelling and Design.
Please let me know if this is ok.
I have chosen the task of merging wireline and wireless systems as
submitted in the form. However, in some of the flows, I have narrowed it
down to the specifics of challenges in lack of availability of information
to serve customers better and market products, and how this can be
addressed.
